Those are the nicknames we have given to our new little neighborhood. We signed a lease today!
It is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with an office, a sunroom, a deck, and in unit laundry on the third (and top) floor of an older building near Lincoln Square. We fell in love with it when we saw it, and we were so happy when the owners agreed to start a lease 2 weeks after what they were initially looking for. Yay for Cuteville/Awesometome, population 2!
